Note: Logic Pro X is exclusive to MacOS and only supports the Audio Unit format of Rhythmiq.
Before continuing, make sure that you have installed Rhythmiq. If you have completed the installation procedure, you’re ready to move with the next steps and use Rhythmiq in Apple Logic Pro X.
Once you create a new project in Logic Pro X, right-click in the empty space inside the Tracks area. Select New Software Instrument Track.
A new instrument track will be created.
In the new instrument's channel strip, place your mouse cursor on Instrument.
The instrument button will transform into a new shape. Click the small arrows on the right side of the button.
A list of plug-ins will appear. Scroll down and look for the following path:
AU Instruments > accusonus > Rhythmiq
Now click on Rhythmiq and the instrument will appear.
If you are starting a completely new project, or there are no tracks left in your current project, Logic Pro X will automatically activate the Track > New Tracks... option.
To open Rhythmiq this way, click at the Software Instrument button and find Rhythmiq in your instrument list, using the exact way as above.
After you have selected Rhythmiq as your instrument, click Create.
