If you decide to downgrade your annual subscription plan to another one, you can do so by following the steps below:
1) Login to your accusonus account.
2) Visit the Pricing page.
3) Select the plan you’d like to change to and continue to payment.
4) Next, you will see the upcoming changes: new plan (downgrade) and current plan.
By Downgrading, you will lose access to features and products that are included in your current subscription.
5) If you’d still like to continue, select Downgrade, and your new subscription will be updated at the end of your current billing cycle.
In case a payment has already been processed for your previous annual plan that amount will be calculated towards your next invoice. That amount will be automatically calculated and any prorated charges will be added as credit notes for your next invoice.
Can I downgrade from an annual to a monthly plan?
When you subscribe to an annual plan, you have agreed to its annual commitment. For this reason, downgrading to a monthly plan is not available.
You have an annual subscription to All Access Suite ($299.88) that started in November and decide in March that you want to downgrade to the ERA Bundle Pro ($239.88)
No changes will take place in March; you will be issued credit notes towards your next invoice ($299.88-$239.88= $60) and the subscription will be downgraded in November of next year.
