Most of the time, taking a screenshot of any relevant item and attaching it to your support request is a great starting point for our support team.
The easiest way to take a screenshot is to press and hold down 3 keys:
1) Windows key,
2) Shift key,
3) “S” key
After you press the buttons, the screen will turn grey. Then,
1) Click and highlight (drag) the cursor to the area around the information you want to capture.
2) After this, the content of the screenshot will be displayed in the notification area.
3) Click on the store icon to save it
4) Attach it to your support request!
