Most of the time, taking a screenshot of any relevant item and attaching it to your support request is a great starting point for our support team.
The easiest way to take a screenshot of a portion of your screen, is to press and hold down 3 keys:
1) Shift key
2) Command key
3) “4” key
After pressing the buttons, the cursor will turn to a crosshair . Then,
1) Click and highlight (drag) the cursor to the area around the information you want to capture.
2) By default, macOS automatically saves the content of the screenshot as a .png file on the desktop.
3) Attach the screenshot to your support request!
