According to our terms and sales policy, if you are not 100% satisfied, let us know about the problem and we will issue a full refund (valid within 14 days of your purchase).
Before send us the refund request, make sure that:
1) You have deactivated your product.
2) Send us a confirmation mail that your products are deactivated.
3) Mention your payment method.
4) Because we value our customers feedback deeply, we would really appreciate if you could share with us what you didn’t like about your product, so we can improve it in a future release.
When we receive confirmation of deactivation from you, someone from our team will message you to confirm your refund.
