According to our terms and sales policy, if you are not 100% satisfied, let us know about the problem and we will issue a full refund (valid within 14 days of your purchase).
Before sending us the refund request, please make sure that:
1) You have deactivated your product.
2) Send us a confirmation mail that your products are deactivated.
3) Mention your payment method.
4) Because we value our customers feedback deeply, we would really appreciate it if you could share with us what you didn’t like about the product, so we can improve in a future release.
Once we receive your confirmation of deactivation, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your refund.
